WOOORMS is an electronic cabaret music duo known for inspiring many and convincing at least one person to delete his Instagram account. Known for their riveting PowerPoint presentations and a small yet frighteningly dedicated fan base, WOOORMS have been exploring their place in Berlin’s ecosystem through gigs, wrestling matches, and conceptual nonsense.
Self-critical yet playful, WOOORMS refuses to take itself too seriously —because in today’s world, even punk can’t afford to. With a commitment to never playing the same setlist twice, they capture our times, reflecting on contemporary struggles with humour and honesty, using dada as a tool for delivering political and social critique, and offering relief from the everyday dilemmas of trying to be a good person in an increasingly demanding world.
